HOW CAN I CONTACT YOU?

Please allow 48 hours for a reply (working days only, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm).
MY ORDER/DELIVERY DETAILS ARE INCORRECT ON MY ORDER CONFIRMATION
If you realise your personal or order details are incorrect once you have completed the ordering process, please contact us as soon as possible and quote your order number. Unfortunately we are unable to alter any details once the order has been processed and dispatched. Orders are processed as soon as possible after payment has been received.
For international orders we're unable to update customer or delivery details. However, so long as your order has not yet been processed and disptached, we can cancel the order and you can place it again with the correct information.
We can not guarantee that we will be able to rectify the issue, however, we can assure you that we will do all we can to amend your order.
HOW CAN I TELL WHAT SIZE I NEED?
Please see our size guide here. You can also contact us before ordering if you need any additional advice or help with a particular item.
Generally speaking, most Madcap England menswear items are slim fit or fitted styles (with a few exceptions - please check the items descriptions). Womenswear items are sizes in UK dress sizes.
WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK?
All items are subject to availability. If items that you order are out of stock or subject to a delay, we will try to contact you at the email address you provided when placing your order. If we cannot contact you or receive no response to our email, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order. We will not supply a substitute product without your express authority.
Once an item is sold out it will be taken off the website at the earliest opportunity.
If we don't hear back from you after attempts to make contact, we will refund that portion of your order in full or in it's entirety if applicable.
HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?
Our site is designed to make browsing our product range as quick and easy as possible.
Our products are split in to categories, ie. Shirts or Trousers & Jeans, etc. All the categories can be viewed on the menu at the top of each page.
Alternatively, you can use our user friendly search facility to locate the desired product. Items can be found by name, type or keyword. Once you have found an item, select your size and click on the 'Add to cart' button. You can then continue shopping or go to the basket in the top right hand corner to complete your order.
You can either register with us before you place your order or you can use our guest checkout. You also have the option of registering after you have placed your order. Registered customers have additional benefits such as order history, tracking and more on their account space.
At checkout, you can review and amend your order details on the CART menu before completing the transaction.
Your credit/debit card will be charged at the time you place you order. For UK customers we accept all major credit/debit cards and Paypal. For international customers we use a variety of payment methods including local payment providers. You will see all the available options on the checkout pages.
All orders must be placed online via our website. We're unable to take phone orders and cannot accept cheques, postal orders, cash on delivery or any other method not shown on our checkout pages.
Please note, all purchases made through Madcap England are processed by Atom Retro on our behalf. You may receive your order in Atom Retro packaging.
